Many Businesses today large or small inadvertently rely on some form of Information Technology to perform Productivity and Communication tasks. With the advent of Networking technologies we can now easily exchange information with both our internal organization and the outside world. Such information exchange commonly takes place by use of email, internet browsing, and file (document) storage.

Being a staff of AVP’s family, we were proud to receive 2 awards on 19 November 2009 at Putrajaya International Convention Centre, namely 2009 International Business Review Corporate Award for Excellence in the Telecommunications Sector and 2009 International Business Review CEO Award for Leadership in the Information Technology Sector.  All staff of AVP (SEA) were invited to attend the awards presentation with dinner served.

AVP (SEA) Sdn Bhd and GITN Sdn Bhd local representatives of Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, organized the launch of Kaspersky Open Space Security Release 2 (KOSS R2) at Hotel Hilton, Kuala Lumpur on 17 November 2009. Officiating the event was Y.B.Senator Tuan A.Kohilan Pillay A/L G Appu, Timbalan Menteri Luar Negeri.
